Terms of Service
This document sets out the terms of service provided by T-S-M Tech Service Machine, with its registered office in Wroclaw, operating within Poland.
1. General provisions
1.1. The service provider is T-S-M Tech Services Machine with its registered office in Wroclaw (hereinafter: the “Service Provider”).
- repair of industrial machinery,
- machine relocation and set-up,
- installation of cooling systems and electrical and pneumatic systems.
1.3. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1.4. The Service Provider may amend the Terms; the current version is available on the website or upon the Client’s request.
1.5. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
2. Order fulfilment
2.1. Orders are accepted by phone, email or via the contact form.
2.2. Following an enquiry, the Client receives: a free initial consultation, an indicative quotation and a proposed date.
2.3. The scope of work and the price are confirmed by email or in writing.
2.4. Travel costs outside Wroclaw and the use of specialist equipment are agreed individually.
2.5. The Client shall provide access to the work site and the information necessary for proper performance.
3. Warranty and liability
3.1. We provide a warranty for the services performed for up to 6 months, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
3.2. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from external factors, improper use or third-party interference.
3.3. The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the fee for the given service, excluding loss of profit, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
3.4. The Service Provider is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., breakdowns, supply interruptions, natural disasters).
4. Payment terms
4.1. Payment on the basis of a VAT invoice — by bank transfer or in cash, in accordance with the due date stated on the invoice.
4.2. In the event of a delay exceeding 7 days, statutory interest will be charged.
4.3. Until full payment is received, the results of the work/deliverables may remain the property of the Service Provider (where applicable).
5. Personal data
5.1. We use the Client’s data solely for order handling and billing.
5.2. Details of processing (GDPR), including the Client’s rights, are described in the Privacy Policy.
5.3. At the Client’s request, after the cooperation ends, data may be deleted unless the law requires its retention.
6. Final provisions
6.1. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing agreement — the court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered office (Wroclaw).
6.2. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code.
6.3. These Terms take effect on the publication date indicated above.
